Our Story

From the moment you enter, Sezar flaunts its rich influences from the Middle East & Armenian history through its contemporary take on food and drink.

Nestled down a laneway in Melbourne’s CBD, Sezar was opened in 2013 by Chef Garen Maskal and cousins Aret & Sasoon Arzadian and was the second restaurant in the KALIAN group’s stable.

SEZAR is now open for lunches Thursday & Friday and dinner Tuesday to Saturday 5pm till late.

Due to current restrictions, bookings are preferred, however, walk-ins are available.

Eat & Drink

Sezar is the ideal location for whatever the occasion; a casual get together, a special occasion or group dining with the ability to offer a private space for up to 45 guests.

Due to current social distancing regulations & guidelines related to our operations, we can only offer limited seats each evening. If your desired date does not show availability, please be flexible to search for an alternate time & date.

All guests will receive a dining window supplied upon booking, so we ask all guests to arrive promptly for their booking time and respect the leave time supplied.

A la carte dining is available again, however groups of 7 and above will need to dine on one of our banquet menus available.
